This is a black mini ruffled tricorn pirate made of a hand molded wool felt with a black venice lace trim handsewn around the entire piece. The base of the hat is lined with an black braided gimp trim with handsewn black double faced satin ribbon bows, embellished with metal filigree buttons. The piece fastens with either two alligator clips secured to the underside or a black satin headband.
