This is a crispy tempura shrimp fascinator, designed and made by me. It is made of a golden felted fried shrimp with a orange felted tail. The piece can secure with two alligator clips on the bottom, one clip on the side, a black satin ribbon wrapped headband, or no fastening for desk decor.
