Fresh and delicious! This is a Bagel and Lox fascinator designed and made by me. It is made of a toasted felted foam bagel with a generous slather of wool felt cream cheese, and felted smoked salmon. The bagel is further embellished with felted capers and threaded dill. The piece can fasten with two alligator clips secured to the underside, a black satin headband, or no fastening for desk decor.
