This is a Frito Pie plate fascinator designed and made by me. It is made of a felted plate with felted Frito chips, plush ground beef, felted scallions, cheese, and beans, glass jewel bead diced tomatoes, a white satin whipped cream dollop, and a small plastic silver fork, stuck in the pie. The piece can fasten with two alligator clips secured to the underside, a black satin headband, or no fastening for desk decor.
