Mwahaha!! Halloween is coming and this piece is a perfect mix of fun with Gothic style! This Halloween mini top hat is made of an orange and black striped print cotton fabric molded to a handmade hat form from my own pattern design. It is lined with black braid gimp trim, with a black satin ribbon around the base with a handmade satin ribbon rosette and black pearl swoop. The piece fastens with either two alligator clips secured to the underside or a black satin headband.
