This is shrimp cocktail fascinator hat designed and made by me. It is made of a hard plastic base and clear vinyl cocktail glass with a hand painted horseradish speckled felt cocktail sauce. The glass has three jumbo hand painted felt shrimp lining the rim, a faux lemon wedge hand sewn to the felt sauce, and a red and white stripe bow hand sewn at the stem. The piece fastens with a black satin ribbon wrapped headband or no fastening for desk decor.
