This is a Nautical Steampunk Aquarium top hat designed and handmade by me. It is made of an gunmetal silver taffeta covered hat base with handmade copper satin fabric portholes and trim. The portholes and base trim are embellished with golden rivets, each one having been pierced through the fabric and interfacing, and secured in the back. Behind the portholes are two aquarium scenery photography shots of fish and coral. The photographs are covered with a clear vinyl fabric for the aquarium glass. The hat is further embellished with a lightweight nautical metal faucet knob and a handmade clear vinyl oxygen tube with a metal valve finding discreetly hand sewn to the hat. The piece secures with either two metal alligator clips hand sewn to the underside, or a black satin headband.
