This is a red and white striped mini top hat made of a red and white stripe fabric molded to a handmade poly interfacing hat form from my own pattern. The piece is trimmed with white gimp trim and a red satin bow on the side. The piece secures with either two alligator clips sewn on the underside, or a black satin headband.
*Note - The piece will now be made with a red and white stripe cotton fabric with stripes even in width! :)
