This is a spaghetti and meatballs plate fascinator hat designed and made by me. It is made of tomato sauce painted and hand twisted cotton coord noodles with plushie brown meatballs. The spaghetti is further embellished with sprinkled felt basil bits and can be made with either a loose noodle hanging off the plate or without! The piece can fasten with two alligator clips secured to the underside, a black satin headband, or no fastening for desk decor.
