Absolutely magical for your St. Paddy's Day! This hat is designed by me and made of a black cotton fabric over an interfacing base with an open top filled with golden shamrock coins strongly secured to the depressed base. Shooting out from the center of the pot of gold is a wool felt rainbow that cascades out, down the side, and is hand sewn secured where it meets brim. The hat and rainbow are further embellished with faux floral shamrocks! The hat can fasten with either two alligator clips secured to the underside or a black satin headband.
