This is a carnival popcorn hair bow and pin designed and handmade by me. It is made of a red and white striped bow with faux butter popcorn pieces hand sewn to the center. The bow is embellished with a red and white striped lollipop and golden chain dangle. The piece can fasten with either an alligator clip, a pin, or both clip and pin.
