This is a sweet cake red velvet cake fascinator hat designed and handmade by me. It is made of a burgundy felt over and interfacing base with a double face ivory satin ribbon rossette frosting. The piece can fasten with two alligator clips secured to the underside, a black satin headband, or no fastening for desk decor.
