This is a whipped cream or chocolate mousse dollop hat designed and made by me. It is made of hand twisted white, pink, or light brown double face satin ribbon whipped cream or mousse over an interface base and wool felt bottom. The dollop is embellished with a 1 1/2 inch satin ribbon bow hand sewn to the base. The piece secures with either two alligator clips secured to the underside or a black satin headband.
