This is a whipped cream milkshake hat designed and made by me. It is made of hand twisted whitedouble face satin ribbon whipped cream over an interface base and felt bottom. The dollop is garnished with a cherry, strawberry, or faux chocolate shavings, with a satin ribbon wrapped striped bendy straw. The piece secures with either two alligator clips attached to the underside or a black satin headband.
