This is a Kawaii pastel Whale and Cloud fascinator designed and made by me. It is made of a hand sewn plush fleece whale sitting atop a white plush cloud. The piece can fasten with two alligator clips secured to the underside, a black satin headband, or no fastening for desk decor.
